The Morang District Court has completed the process of recording proclamations of 15 out of 29 associates blamed with carrying 33 kilograms for gold and killing gold bearer Sanam Shakya. As indicated by District Court Registrar Navaraj Dulal, the court had begun recording proclamations since Friday. The court today itself recorded articulations of 10 suspects, Dulal included.
