Lal Babu Pandit, is a Nepalese government official from Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist– Leninist) and the present Minister of Federal Affairs and General Administration. He was chosen to the House of Representatives from Morang - 6 in the 2017 decision by crushing Congress hopeful Shekhar Koirala. He was chosen to the First and Second Constituent Assembly under Proportional Representation framework
