The administration has sent a helicopter to bring back Dr Govinda KC who has been determined to have Premature Ventricular Contractions (PVCs) while arranging an appetite strike at Karnali Academy of Health Sciences (KAHS) in Jumla throughout the previous 20 days. Following 20 long periods of appetite strike, Dr Govinda KC's wellbeing has extremely weakened.
