Kathmandu Ring Road - video

Ring Road is a four-path two-way ring street hovering around the urban areas of Kathmandu and Lalitpur. The aggregate length of the Ring Road is 27 kilometers (17 mi). The street associates real places like Kalanki, Satdobato, Gwarko, Balkumari, Koteshwar, Tinkune, Tribhuvan International Airport, Gaushala, Chabhil, Sukedhara, Maharajganj, Basundhara, Samakhushi, Gongabu, Balaju, and Swayambhunath. A segment of 9.5 kilometers (5.9 mi) is presently being extended eight-paths in participation of the Chinese government. The administration has chosen to speed up development of the proposed 71.93 km Outer Ring Road.
