Bhaktapur and Madhyapur Thimi regions have turned out to be waterlogged because of storm caused by the swollen Hanumante River following exuberant rain the previous evening. Neighborhood occupants have not possessed the capacity to leave their homes as many houses have been immersed since midnight on Wednesday.
