New twist in 33 KG Gold smuggling case

he District Court Morang has requested SSP Shyam Khatri, one of the suspects in the 33kg gold sneaking case and the consequent murder of affirmed dealer Sanam Shakya, to stay in remand confinement. A solitary seat of region Judge Narayan Prasad Sharma requested the police organization to keep Khatri in authority for his asserted contribution in the gold sneaking case. SSP Khatri surrendered himself under the steady gaze of the District Court Morang on Thursday. While recording his announcement in the court, Khatri said that he was not engaged with the gold pirating. He said that his contribution in the gold carrying won't be demonstrated as the missing valuable yellow metal has not been recouped yet, a source said.
