THE HISTORY OF MO:MO

Momo is a kind of South Asian dumpling; local to Tibet, Nepal, and the Sikkim, and Darjeeling districts of India. It is like Chinese baozi and jiaozi, Mongolian buuz, Japanese gyoza and Korean mandu.
