In perspective of the two-day state visit of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Nepal, security has been amplified in the Capital to welcome him today. The Indian PM, who arrived in the memorable city of Janakpur at some point back and offered petitions at the Janaki sanctuary, is planned to land in Kathmandu this evening. As indicated by Spokesperson at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ram Krishna Subedi, three security powers — Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and National Investigation Department — have been activated to their full limit with regards to security purposes.
