His gathering began a progressive People's War in Nepal in 1996 that eventually prompted the difference in the political framework in Nepal. The decade long thoughtful war changed Nepal from a government into a republic. He was chosen to the Nepalese Constituent Assembly from Lalitpur District in 2008 and progressed toward becoming Minister for Peace and Reconstruction in the bureau shaped on 13 February 2011.
