The Crime Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police has captured the slipping away murder convict Bal Krishna Dhungel from his leased room in Satdobato of Lalitpur locale at 11:00 at the beginning of today. The CPN Maoist Center pioneer was sentenced the murder of Ujjan Kumar Shrestha, an occupant of his home area, Okhaldhunga.
